Do I need to be on a care plan if my site was not built by Smashed Avo?
Yes, we do take on sites we did not build. We start with a site audit to understand the current state, flag any existing issues, and establish a baseline before the plan begins. There may be a one-off setup fee depending on what we find.
What happens if something breaks on my site?
We monitor your site around the clock. If something breaks, we investigate and resolve it. Business and Commerce clients have priority response. We handle the fix and keep you informed throughout.
Is there a lock-in contract?
No. All care plans are month to month. You can cancel at any time with 30 days notice. We would rather earn your continued business through results.
What is the difference between the Business and Commerce plans?
Commerce is built specifically for WooCommerce stores. It adds order flow testing, payment gateway monitoring, product and inventory checks, and faster response times. If you are selling online, Commerce is the right choice.
What do the support hours cover?
Support hours cover two types of work. Content tasks include blog posts, text edits, images, menus, popups, gallery updates, PDFs, and SEO elements. Technical tasks include redirects, forms, custom CSS or JavaScript, code snippets, analytics, and troubleshooting. Hours do not roll over, but one email per request keeps things moving efficiently.
