How do you know where to start?

Our traffic is low. Can you still help?
Yes, though the approach changes slightly. With lower traffic, A/B testing is harder to run conclusively, so we rely more on qualitative data (session recordings, heatmaps, user research) and proven best-practice improvements. There is usually still significant room to improve conversion without needing high traffic volumes.
Do you work with Shopify or only WooCommerce?
